NOTE: We do not do refunds due to the nature of our products. Please refer to our Disclaimer.
Any replacements will be processed within 3 days of receiving the item. You must notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Replacements are offered if the following happens:
1. Product gets damaged during shipping
2. Product refuses to spray (which can happen as some of these perfumes would’ve been in storage for so long):
TEST THE PIPE:
i. Remove the spray cap from the bottle (the part the spray comes out of).
ii. You’ll see a white pipe extending into the bottle. Press the pipe using your nail (avoid using your finger, as it may block the hole).
iii. Press the pipe continuously until perfume squirts out. If the perfume comes out of the pipe, the issue lies with the spray cap you removed.
TEST THE CAP:
i. The spray cap has plastic inside, with a lid that matches the bottle style (silver, gold, or another color).
ii. Ensure the two holes—the white plastic hole and the silver/gold hole—align properly. You should be able to see where the spray would come out.
iii. Soak the cap in very hot water for about 10 minutes to clear any blockages in the holes.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please send us photos or a video showing the problem. This will help us better assist you.
In cases where the issue is minor and easily fixable (e.g., holes misaligned), we may need to collect the perfume from you. However, if the problem is resolved and the perfume is returned in working order, the customer will be charged replacement fees along with courier fees for pickup and return.
3. If a customer refuses replacement, the best we can do is keep credit for your next order.
4. In cases where the issue is minor and easily fixable (e.g., holes misaligned), we may need to collect the perfume from you. However, if the problem is resolved and the perfume is returned in working order, the customer will be charged replacement fees along with courier fees for pickup and return.
